All of these can be easily coded in Lua - in fact, I believe all of those mods that you named are already freely available to download from this very forum.
but it cannot be used on the client side, it is only to create the servers
I want to use it for servers that allow scripthook
Why would anyone want to run such a script client-side only? It makes a lot more sense to have it on the server itself, doesn’t it?!
