I seen on a server, a emote script that provided, unique emotes that I have never seen. Like the ability to walk around with a stop sign, or walk around holding a trash bag where can I find that

Most likely a self made resource for them, never heard of such thing but it’s possible using AttachEntityToEntity - Natives @ Cfx.re Docs

how could someone like me make it? I suck at making scripts

Well you could start by learning the logics of programming, then move to basics of Lua, then FiveM

I am sorry but if you dont have time to learn or to programm basic lua then you shouldn’t make a server.
