Now before I start with my questions, let’s start by saying I have tried ELS and I just don’t want to use it, too complex for me. I want something simple.
What I want is simply to if you press Q emergency vehicles example police cars hazard lights turn on but the siren won’t. Now when I press ALT for example then the sirens would come on after turning the lights on of course. I’ve tried my best to seek solution for this but have not yet found any.
Use the search feature or Google. There are many out.

There are two ELS versions, ELS-FiveM and ELS-plus. Have you tried them both? You can also change the keybindings in the config of both scripts and I know a bug with ELS-FiveM where the first time you activate the lights with Q the soud also turns on, but if you turn the lights off and then on again it will work untill you spawn a new vehicle.
I’m not sure if it’s easy to disable keybindings, but you could try.
