Society‑Funded Police Armory
We’ve overhauled the armory system so that departments draw from society funds instead of charging each individual officer:
Balanced Budgeting: Armory replenishments come out of a central fund built from taxes, fines, and government allocations
Fair Play: No more nickel‑and‑dime charges at every kit request, officers focus on duty, not debit
Dynamic Funding: Higher crime rates → more fines → more armory budget; lower crime → leaner budgets, pushing departments to stay efficient
Community Impact: Citizens see where their taxes and fines go, creating new RP opportunities around budgeting, public meetings, and oversight
