For the last 10 days it’s impossible to update Element Club Subscription. Also its failing to update the payement method, any solutions please?

same issue for me , and my subscription will be end on 05 march !!!

Try going on https://portal.tebex.io and entering your email to see if it registers that you have a subscription.
