There is no official updated egg, Pterodactyl stopped supporting FiveM a few years ago, you can read more about that here:

It’s perfectly possible, however, as it says on the tin Pterodactyl do not provide any support for FiveM. The biggest issue worth noting is that the console does not work, and Pterodactyl have made it clear they will not be looking into the issue. So if you are not going to use RCON or txAdmin, and need console access, Pterodactyl is not the option for you.

If you Google “fivem ptero egg” you will find a few unofficial ones you could use, but proceed with caution.
