Inspired by certain famous German’s high profile estate, I had an idea of such high altitude fortress for as far as I remember being a part of FiveM community. “If only someone could make it a reality” I said to myself. So, here is my vision of such compound.

This is to expand gameplay in Paleto Bay area for various RP purposes, logistics, rescue, drifting, canyon racing, military operation etc. Purpose of this island extension is entirely up to Your own narrative. Enjoy.

Features:

This includes:

  • LODs

  • 2K parallax textures (only selected models and for High texture settings)

  • Maploader is MANDATORY

  • contains 2 separate hangars (Smuggler DLC), underground HQ (Doomsday DLC) and one more HQ (Gunrunning DLC)

  • you can customize those interiors by editing config values starting with {type =*} where the asterisk represents number. Server restart in needed for proper, visible changes

  • the way GTA/FiveM load up interiors mentioned above requires another script to ask for them (Maploader)

  • this configuration is bundled with the map itself alongside readme file in a drag and drop fashion

  • 2 watch towers are enterable as original GTA interiors are used

  • to enter interiors and hangars, you’ll need a teleport, I recommend FinalTeleport for which configuration is already prepared as well

  • distant LOD lights

  • cargen

This version is tagged as 1.0, with possibility of another update over time when I’ll learn more tricks and improvements along the way.

looks really good but £180 is a lot

sorry i get the price being high as alot of work as gone into making it but then on top of that you have to spend another £18 on the maploader lol just make it free when people are spending that much on one thing bro … dont be a rat and charge people more just to use it in total your charging £198 :confused: OOOFFFF

kinda agree with @Danny19 little on that one … atleast make the maploader free if people are spending that much and its needed … or atleast give them 50% off or something £198 ($258.59) is a little steep to be spending on a fivem mod

… it does look good tho great job
