Realtime options have been added and are functional, but we are still working on the smoothness

UTC Zones with real time is available ?
The real-time option included uses the server’s system time.
If it isn’t working as you need we offer support with all of our resources

It could be something I am doing wrong but every time I do /forcetime 10 it never changes the time.
This command is locked to the server console.
If you want to have it as a chat command, you can modify it

Is there a command to change the upcoming forecast or is it just always auto generated?
You can force the weather with the admin commands, however, it’s almost instant and will be replaced by the next weather in the queue.
If you’re looking to set up a specific weather pattern, this is not possible at the moment, the closest alternative is to adjust the weather chances for morning, day, evening, and night.
Are you able to force change the time of too and is there blackout options?
There is a force time command, but this doesn’t work with some configurations such as real-time syncing.
Blackout scripts are compatible but the weather doesn’t control this.
