Additional comments

I was able to join and walk around and do stuff only when I entered the apartment did I crash, after rejoining and being teleported I was fine, re-entered and crashed again, I then tried to reload to be teleported out but this time I crashed on join of the server now. Something is conflicting with the server and what I currently have installed.
