What did you do to get this issue? try to reinstall, Fivem and GTA
What server did you get this issue on? coiuldnt load into Fivem

Which antivirus/firewall software are you using? none, windows def
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? no

Also add what you already tried so far.
I have re-installed FiveM twice aswell as GTA 5.

locate the file in your GTA5 directory and delete it, a simple search of the forums would have gave you the answer.
