Updating FiveM… 0.79MB it downloads partially, 0.51MB (65%) is my personal best so far… Then nothing, then this error message box pops up…

“Downloading of https://runtime.fivem.net/client/prod/bootstrap/CitizenFX.exe.xz failed with CURLcode 56 -”

Up to date? Yes
Legit or Pirate copy? Legit
Steam/CD/Social Club? Social Club
Windows version? 8.1 Pro
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? Yes

What did you do to get this issue? Played FiveM

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? No Anti-virus. I want to lag. And be part of a bot net…

same issue
incredibly slow download (speed test confirms I have 100 meg down, no packetloss etc)
It fails with this error (Downloading of https://runtime.fivem.net/client/prod/bootstrap/CitizenFX.exe.xz failed with CURLcode 56 -) at random times during the download attempt.

Currently using windows 10 latest patch version.,

I susspect its a big download and too many trying to access it at once.

Same issue here broski there is roughly around like 14 Ppl I know of who are having the same issues
its there servers not your internet
