After installing FiveM i dont hear anyone in servers i have no glue what is going on

You can start by installing the Lambda menu https://lambda.menu/
I am not sure if this would fix your problem but there is a setting in there for voice chat
Go to the settings and search for voice chat, enable it.
have you tried to increase the volum ?
