Those pants are addons for FiveM, they do not belong to those created by Rockstar for GTA5 Online, where did you see them?
It was on an RP server (outside of FiveM) but I wanted to see if I could get them somewhere.
Sorry, I forgot to mention that FiveM is not the only platform where you can play RP and place mods like those pants, it could also be Rage
