At what point does this come up. Soon as you open the menu or when you select an option in the menu?

If you’re using SimpleTrainer, install an older version (like 10.9). If not, one of your other client plugins/mods is causing the problem.

i cant even get in a server it happens as soon as the game finishes loading

it is not any of those
