It tells you exactly what your issue is and how to solve it, please do so. Make sure that, if you’re using any third-party antivirus solutions, they aren’t messing with the files - best temporarily disable them if unsure.

Already Have Tired this! I thank you for the suggestion but it hasnt fixed anything sadly.

Do a clean reinstall of GTAV and FiveM (delete all files, restart your PC and download everything from scratch)

Factory Restart my pc or normal restart?

Clean reinstall of the game only, like I said, factory resetting your PC is the last possible option as it’s rather extreme lol
