DISCOVER RP — NOW RECRUITING
Discover RP is a new FiveM roleplay community being built around one goal: creating a high-quality server where serious, realistic roleplay can actually develop.
We are currently looking for new community members across all areas of the server, with recruitment also open for the Los Santos Police Department (LSPD).
LOS SANTOS POLICE DEPARTMENT — NOW HIRING
If you are interested in realistic law enforcement roleplay, this is one of the areas we are putting significant effort into.
The LSPD is led by a real-life law enforcement officer, with the department being developed around real policing principles including:
• Realistic rank and command structures
• Proper supervision and accountability
• Structured recruitment and training
• Career development and promotional opportunities
• Patrol operations and specialist roles
• Realistic policies, procedures and expectations
• Leadership that understands how a police organisation actually operates
The intention is to build an LSPD that feels like an actual functioning police department, rather than simply giving players a badge, vehicle and weapon.
You do not need real-world law enforcement experience. We are looking for people who are willing to learn, work within a team and contribute to high-quality RP.
THE SERVER
Discover RP is backed by community owners with extensive FiveM development experience.
A significant amount of work has already gone into scripts, systems and server infrastructure to provide a polished foundation for the community. We are focused on building something sustainable rather than rushing a half-finished city out the door.
Whether you are interested in:
Law Enforcement
Emergency Services
Mechanic / Businesses
Civilian Careers
Criminal RP
General Civilian RP
Eventually taking on leadership responsibilities
there will be room to build your character and become part of the community as it grows.
WHY JOIN EARLY?
This is an opportunity to join at the beginning.
Instead of entering a server where every position, department and organisation has already been established, early members of Discover RP will have the opportunity to help shape the community, build reputations and grow alongside the server.
For LSPD applicants in particular, we are looking for people who want to become the foundation of the department. As the server grows, so will the opportunities within LSPD.
Discover RP is now accepting new members and LSPD applications.
