Also add what you already tried so far.
I reinstalled FiveM multiple times, reinstalled GTAV, reinstalled Discord, adding 8 GB of RAM, lowing all FiveM settings

Don’t think it’s really an issue, its probably just your pc, make sure you FiveM settings are low and there are also some settings in discord that slightly help performance
