Also add what you already tried so far.
Basically my issue is that I cant find a way to reauthenticate the integration between fiveM and discord.
I already tried to completely re-install fivem and that didnt work

Maybe it would help to delete
%localappdata%\DigitalEntitlements

Not sure if it would help, it could also have broken

This is no error duo to FiveM. Open Discord while your playing on this server.

(It wont work without the discord app. And make sure discord is Open)
