Disable Scripthook , except for admins

Is it possible to disable shv for every one , except , admins ? And if not , any plans about this , in future ?

Currently, it is enabled or disabled for everybody. There is no selective enabling with it.

In addition, the server has no concept of ‘admin’ or not. Also, script hook support will be removed from a future release.
