Disable "_r" drawables texture compression

Hello, long time ago mentioned this on some chats and probably forgotten, here is topic reminder and repro resource.

Currently every drawable that ends with “_r” (which enables ability to change skin tone) has compressed(?) texture automatically by GTA. Picture below as a comparison between _u and _r

Unfortunately I wasn’t able to reproduce it on some random ‘box’ with random texture, only on some converted clothing from other games. As a reproduction I’ve made these pants in few minutes :stuck_out_tongue:

would be really nice if this could be adjusted/“fixed”!
this is always frustrating to deal with when doing custom clothing, especially for two-piece outfits where you want the top/bottom to match (like suits). Pants usually have to show a portion of the ankle for shoes, so they always end up looking worse than their matching top bc of the compression.
