Disable Kill Confirmation and Screen Blink

I need to deactivate the reticle appearing when kill someone, that litle red reticle and the screen blink

Already searched for natives and got nothing

The reticle is easy to disable - see this resource as an example.
Now the screen blink (known as “Kill effect”), to my knowledge, cannot be force disabled.

Actually it can be disabled. Go to server.cfg and add there setr profile_skfx 0
0 = Off
1 = On
