We are all aware of the problem of asset selling in the platform, i personally know a lot of people who have a server, and after couple of months of their server closing, they go on and sell the assets they have.
Most of the times it happens, it hurts the creators because why would someone that is interested in my script will buy it from me when someone who closed his server goes around and selling it for cheaper?
The solution i have in mind is to keep the asset transfer because it’s still a useful features but i think it should be limited to a certain period of time lets say a week or two
I know some people would disagree on this matter and probably think that i suggest it because of greed, but i think it’s the most fair solution to both parties in this matter

I’m not sure why everyone views this as a problem—just make it clear in your store that you only provide support for a certain period of time or for original purchasers, or include the cost of a “transfer”.
I know it’s an unpopular opinion among creators, but selling “pre-owned” software has existed for decades. Companies are still around, you’ll survive, it’s not a problem.

My main gripe with the system is that we have to manually check transfers. Since we don’t have API access to keymaster/portal, it is impossible to follow this automatically. And Tebex API only ever shows the original customer.
I included a feature inside my support bot that allows the “original” customer to transfer their role in the server similar to keymaster/portal transfer. But you know how it is with getting people to read.
Otherwise I have absolutely no problem with transfers. It’s just that manual checking is a pain and completely unnecessary if we had API access.

Yeah, Tebex has to be one of the worst sales platforms I’ve ever used, but I’m not here to get into that.
So many of the problems creators run into are directly or indirectly caused by the absolutely ass-backward platform they’ve created.
If an API was available, then a tebex backed service could exist to safely do key transfers. I think it would be very helpful.
