Developers/Graphics Designers/Staff/Supporters-WANTED!

:raised_hand_with_fingers_splayed: Hello, I’m looking to create a community where we can build a custom server based on the players needs and wants, I am looking for new or experienced developers that want to test out their skills and build custom MLO’s never seen before based on the individuals wants/needs i.e people will suggest their business ideas via discord then once a payment has been received via tabex/paypal you would give them a time frame on how long it will take to build their custom business also unique personalised gang blocks or even luxury dream mansions.

But my main focus is building a network of people to gather information on what people enjoy the most and what people do not, I am fairly new to this and want to make sure i take every precaution and listen to all advice given to me to make sure this does not fail so any support or input would be much appreciated, I have a good base for a name (I think) and the discord is mostly set up but i’m not sure if this is a idea i could make possible or if i’m just reaching for the stars at the minuet so please be patient with me.

Thank You. :grinning:

I highly suggest joining a server that is already going and learn what is needed. Once you start in and start spending money it can get overwhelming if things dont pick up. Promotion is a bit thing and you dont have to have all the “shiny” toys to make a good server

I usually bounce around UK servers and honestly there is not much selection for us, I think 75% of the servers in the UK don’t even get looked at “just because of their name” there is only like 10 serious RP servers that pop and the rest are “100k or die” but i’m not aiming to specify the server to just one group i would like a server the brings all kinds of different people with a mix of personalities from people all over :grinning:

Also have you built your own server yourself before? - How would one promote a server when it is up and running is cfx not the only way?

@Breezybree - Thankyou.

That make sense. Alot of server are pushing that “100k or die” because they think it will people around, but it makes people want to quit most of the time.

I own a RedM server that does decent called Deadwood Valley RP. Its been going around two years and holds a good population. I also just worked as a dev on a Fivem server, but the owner got to busy so we had to close. I’m currently working on my own now, but its in early stages of planning.

yeah i’ll be honest 100k or die makes me want to rage quit sometimes definatly not for me :joy: And i’ve not realy seen much content about RedM is that like red dead but roleplay aswell?< does sound like that would be funny as hell think i might have to try that too!

post a link to your discord in here and i will hop into your city when it is up and running and provide some feedback if needed?

Section 1: Establishing a Strong Online Presence

To kickstart your journey towards a successful FiveM server, it’s crucial to establish a strong online presence. Utilize social media platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook to showcase your server’s unique features, events, and updates. Engage with your target audience regularly, foster a sense of belonging, and generate excitement around your server.

Section 2: Crafting an Engaging Server Development Plan

A well-structured server development plan is the backbone of a successful FiveM server. Collaborate with experienced developers who can bring your vision to life. Ensure that your server offers a wide range of activities, such as custom missions, races, and interactive scenarios. Regular updates and bug fixes are essential to maintain a seamless gaming experience for your players.

Section 3: Building a Community: Discord as Your Allies’ Hub

Discord serves as an invaluable tool for building and nurturing a community around your FiveM server. Create an inviting and organized Discord server that encourages players to join, interact, and seek support. Dedicate channels for announcements, general chat, technical assistance, and feedback. Encourage community members to share their experiences and engage in discussions to foster a sense of belonging.

Having a dedicated and active staff team is crucial for the success of your FiveM server. Recruit passionate individuals who are knowledgeable about the game and committed to providing support and assistance to players. Ensure that your staff members are readily available to address concerns, moderate gameplay, and maintain a positive and inclusive environment.

Section 5: Support and Help: Going Above and Beyond

Providing exceptional support and assistance to your players is a surefire way to foster loyalty and build a strong community. Set up a dedicated support system where players can report issues, seek help, and receive timely responses. Regularly communicate with your community, address their concerns, and implement feedback to continuously improve the gaming experience.
