The Fivem files are just drag and drop 
The SP ones go to
GTA V > 64v.rpf > models > cdimages > Streampeds_mp.rpf > mp_m_freemode_01_p > mp_m_bikerdlc_01

use it on my server the only complaint is the LV symbol is upside down 
Other than that this is a higher-quality retexture than most!
