Features

  • Deploy metal detectors via a configurable item or command.
  • Remove metal detectors through ox-target, qb-target or via a command.
  • Fully configurable metal items & weapons, with native support for ox, qb, esx, and qs-inventories. Additional inventories can be added easily.
  • Optionally remove metal items & weapons when a player walks through a detector.
  • Restrict who can interact with the detector based on configured jobs.
  • Optionally save placed detectors to the database for persistence across script and server restarts.
  • Configure detector zones without spawning a prop—ideal for map edits that already include metal detector models.
  • The script can also be run fully standalone (framework/inventory related functionalities are disabled in this case).

Very cool script, I really like it. It looks well made and overall very solid. I will definitely come back to it when I get the chance.

Thanks!!

Beautiful script! Do you happen to have any logs that track which items are removed when a player passes through a detector?

The function that removes the item is fully accessible and editable, also in the encrypted version

So you can easily add logging for item removal depending on the logging system of your choice. We can also assist in setting this up if needed

why is this a paid script when there are already better and open source versions available like the one below??

@Project_Owl

In my view, developer @Eviate did a strong job here and, above all, showed the courage to not only present an original idea, but to actually turn it into a real result through development.

That is exactly where real value is created.

• It is always easy to stand on the outside, criticize, discredit, or make accusations
• What is far more demanding is taking responsibility, building your own vision, and turning it into something that actually works
• Not every implementation has to appeal to everyone, but effort, initiative, and creative technical work should still be judged with respect
• Anyone who develops themselves knows how much time, knowledge, structure, and persistence go into a project like this

Criticism can be valid when it is objective, fair, and constructive. Personal discrediting, however, is not a sign of strength, but rather a reflection of poor professionalism and a lack of objectivity.

From my perspective, this work deserves recognition, not dismissal.

Where can I find your published releases?
