Hello.
Are there any ideas where I should start to look for this fault in more detail, and then possibly fix the fault?

im having the same exact crash too, need help :frowning:
i’ve tried reinstalling windows, fivem, and gta
repairing the dll, repairing vc redists, and nothing worked

This is realy annoying, when I can’t play this fivem. And why can’t this d3d11.dll error be fixed by fivem developers ?

Edit.
Now I get an error code as shown, in the attached picture when I try to start fivem

Up to date:
Yes, FiveM version is 7619 (Release)

When i changed fivem version to Latest 7617/Canary (Unstable), error code code is now changed, like the following image

i have same issue, u fixed it?

Are you using an app called Medal? if so i’d remove it and it should stop happening, it seems to be a problem with this app hooking into fivem and causing this crash.

Although, the OP’s error message is NOT the same as the others below the other two. if you read the error messages the last few say “medal-hook64.dll” those ones are the same but the OP’s is different.

Instead of replying “i got the same issue” with no additional information… add more info as possible and read the error messages carefully as they are not the same.

when i say same error i mean the OP one

Then adding additional information would be helpful.
