its called a design patent. Its super simple, if you take a badge off - if the car could still be confused with an existing design, you are in the wrong. Use some sense folks.

in short, you cant use real brands, you can create your own brands for example instead of coca cola you can make your brand hyper cola
if you use real brands (cars, motorcycles, consumables, ā¦) you can get a warning from cfx or your city can be closed by cfx

I feel like you havenāt actually read anything that was posted and are just trying to find a loophole that someone much smarter (Rockstarās legal team) hasnāt already thought of. Its very clear what is allowed and not allowed when it comes to real brands within FiveM. I dont know how to state any more clearly.

Well the part it dossent say if the oem them selfs distributes it the tos is saying you do not have the rights from the oem to make and distribute the vehicles so thats why i was asking as there not a specific line to my knowledge that say if the oem dose it
Ill just send a email to cfx/ Rockstar to see what they say as they made the tos and its a question about it
