Custom Cars Spawning Sometimes With Plates and Sometimes Without, Any Fix within the files for the vehicle?

So i’m an admin in a new and upcoming server “NEGaming” and i’m looking into a fix for custom cars that spawn sometimes with a plate and sometimes without, and some cases it has a different plate that is for show vehicles, which is unsuitable for our server as it makes the time for police hard, and it’s sort of just neat to have everything working nicely

the server developer is working currently with ESX but is planning to move to vRP 2.0 once it become more developed, but i definitely have a feeling there is a way to remove this issue within the car textures somewhere.

Any Support would be greatly appreciated!

it’s an extra feature of the car, it spawns randomly with or without this extra. You can switch it through a trainer or los santos custom. I used to have this issue with a few addon cars, too.

can’t seem to find a way to remove it in the customs, especially if it spawns w/o one. and we can’t use trainers within a FiveM server we run
