What did you do to get this issue? I HAVE STARTED FIVEM.EXE

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? YES

I’m a SysAdmin Manager and Network/Security Specialist for 17 years, so i’m not a newbie or a beginners in IT.

I have also install a VPN software “HIDE ME” but still remain the problem.

There are no blocks on my vdsl (fiber optic) router.
I think it’s an SSL handshake problem.
