I did a whole PC wipe. Reinstalled GTA & FiveM and still receiving this message. I’ve cleared my cache more times than I can count. I’ve reached out to the server help and they advised oh you may just have to wait it out, but I can fly into any other city but mine.
Are you perhaps getting internet via a dongle in your PC/laptop?
I am not.
Does it get stuck on the same file/resource over several tries or different ones?
Yeah it’s always the same error message.
What it says after “Couldn’t load resource” - the resource name - is it the same resource that you get the error on?
Yes always the same resource name.
In that case contact the staff of the specific server and inform them of the issue, it’s most likely to be on the server side then
