Which antivirus/firewall software are you using? AVG.
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes.
What is the issue you’re having? Cannot load into any server.
What are you trying to do? Fix this issue.
What have you tried already to fix the issue? Cleared Cache, Disable firewall, restarted modem, changed DNS, changed IP, uninstalled FiveM and reinstalled.
What server did you get this issue on? Be specific and name some, ‘all of them’ by itself isn’t useful!: Originally on Phantom RP, but I can’t join any server.
Please help, I have tried searching for anything about this error and there is nothing.

Do a network reset, reboot your PC and router, and try using a tool called TCPOptimizer (no link, but you can find it online). If it continues to not work contact your ISP support for help.
i think its because the connection error which is currently still ongoing, and it havent been fixed yet. the best u can do is wait, because the problem is not related to your side.
