I found a way. I did two things.

1. Post forwading
2. Did this thing FIVE M Connection Failed: Failed Handshake To Server | FIX!!! - YouTube

First try the second way if it doesnt work try to port forward

Normally, this is related to a firewall issue. Could you guys try joining https://fivem.fun/ and check if the issue persists?

If you’re able to connect to that server, and not any other, then it’s a server’s issue or a connection problem (like delayed connections)

I ended up uninstalling FiveM and reinstalling and it worked joining the servers I wanted to

uninstall, reinstall? search your pc for cmd, open as admin, type “ipconfig /flush dns”
