Curl Error Code 28 Very Odd problem

So I am having this issue a Curl Error Code 28 I have tried at least 14 things with nothing working. If anyone has a Idea on what to do I will give you cookie please help.

Things I have done and have not worked

• Cleared Cache
• Deleted Caches
• Uninstalled and Reinstalled Fivem
• Uninstalled and Reinstalled GTA 5
• Use a friends Cache Folder
• Run as Administrator (You can’t btw)
• Open Ports for Fivem
• Flushed the DNS
• Used a VPN
• Used a Mobile Hotspot
• Deleted McAfee Antivirus
• Turn off Windows Firewall
• Manual set dns for IPv4
• Restarted Computer

Are you by chance trying to play the game on the same machine that the server is running on?

No this is a whitelisted server, I am not the one running it.

If you’re able to connect to other servers, I would suspect incorrect port forwarding on the server owner’s end.

I would think so but the server has 140 people in it so i don’t know?
