**GTA V version: latest version (09.03.2021)
**Up to date: Yes
**Legit or Pirate copy: Legit
**Purchased where - Steam/Rockstar Launcher/Epic: MMOGA, downloaded via Rockstar Launcher
**Windows version: Windows 10 Pro
**Did you try to delete caches.xml (not cache/!) and try again? Yes
**System specifications: Intel Core i7 6700K, GTX 1070 AMP! Extreme, 48 GGB DDR4 RAM
**CitizenFX crash zip file (‘Save information’ on a crash): Not available

I get the following error message when I try to connect to any FiveM server. The GTA V game is fresh installed, same goes for FiveM. I tried to disconnect my anti virus (Kaspersky), did not help at all.

Connection failed
Failed handshake to server … - transfer closed with outstanding read data remaining - CURL error code 18 (Transferred a partial file).

I tried to delete the cache folder and the caches.xml, it did not help.

Any ideas? Thank you in advance!

i am having the same problem on certain servers i can join a few but for the most part this is my problem as well
