cant install or open fivem because it cant open api-ms-win-core-l1-1-0.dll during download

What are you trying to do?
play fivem / install fivem

What have you tried already to fix the issue?
reinstall fivem and gtav twice
reinstall and move api-ms-win-core-l1-1-0.dll to correct library 10+ times , and ive been on a bunch of forums tring to find the problem. i even watch those indians on youtube that can barley speak english try and fix it, and that is torture

install the game, run exe

What server did you get this issue on? Be specific and name some, ‘all of them’ by itself isn’t useful!
i havent even been able to open the homepage yet

i dont like asking for help but this is going on 4 days trying to figure this out and ive got nothing, im not gonna wipe and re install my computer to fix this, but ive already sank like 6 hours into this so i am pretty commited
