Curl code 18 error

when i try to connect to the server im getting a Curl code 18 error and wont let me connect is there any known fix for this?

A few people have experienced this issue but there has been no solid fix lot of people have cleared the cache alot of people have said de;lete cache some have suggested uninstalling and reinstall fivem and GTA v
options

  1. clear cahe fivem
  2. Delete Cache Fivem
  3. uninstal fivem and reinstall it
  4. uninstall gtav and reinstall it
  5. log out of discord log in
  6. Try flying into another server (city)

This maybe different from purchase Steam, Rockstar, whereever else
I have bought GTA V from Rockstar and downloaded Fivem and i did these same steps a long time ago it worked for me but maybe different for others
