The screenshots are not very helpful, have you installed any mods recently?
Is that the only file in the dlcpack folder?
Did you delete the cache?
What about the test server, does it work?

no mods ever and it doesnt even tell u where to go to get ss. and honestly have no idea if its the only dlc folder ive spent hours on this type shit and still dont know, and no server works itll let me play for a short time and crash no matter what
