Crashing DirectX

It says this everytime i try to join a server i have no idea why. please help.

FiveM has enconcted an error

DirectX encountered an unrecoverbale error:
DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED - The GPU device instance has been suspended. Use GetDeviceRemoved.Reason to determine the appropriate action.

GTA V version? - 1.1.0.0
Up to date? - Yes
Legit or Pirate copy?
Steam/CD/Social Club? - Steam
Windows version? - Windows 10
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? Yeah

Intel® Core™ i5-8250U CPU @1.60GHz 1.80 GHz

64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

What did you do to get this issue? - when im in a server the game randomly crashes and then this comes up
What server did you get this issue on? - any server i join
CitizenFX.log file - i dont know where this is
.dmp files/report IDs - i dont know where this is

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? - Yes

Also add what you already tried so far.
i have tired installing new FiveM lost of times
