What is the issue you’re having? When I click on FiveM app it opens for a bit a then crashes

That’s pretty strange, it dies when the backbuffer is created in the main menu judging by the logs. For now reinstall your graphics drivers (use DDU, google it) and verify your Windows is fully updated, as well as run diagnostic scans such as sfc /scannow and the different DISM commands in cmd.exe
