What is the issue you’re having?
It said the OpenIV mods(?) are bothering with the game and I got no completely no clue what to do at all

What are you trying to do?
I was just entering the server normally and the error appeared after I loaded up to the server

I didn’t because I got no idea

The reason I didn’t try anything yet because it might got the problem worse and I don’t want that to happen at all unless there’s a expert told me to.

try
delete any mods you have installed, and
verify game files, if fails,
you may need to uninstall game and also delete gta foldere to ensure all files gone,
then reinstall game

New update:
The game crashed on me when I loaded in game after I uninstalled mods
