Crash with disconnect

After leaving my players on the server, they get crash with disconnect. Also, if the time-out sign comes out, it displays a crash with disconnect.

How is this fixed?

After leaving my players on the server, they get crash with disconnect

Leaving a server has never been stable, quitting the game is recommended instead of leaving and rejoining.

Please complete the support template in order for us to get some important info about the crashes.
