System specifications i5-9600k, 16gb ram, gtx 970, ssd
What did you do to get this issue? trying to run fiveM, it says it needs to update, it extracts gtav.exe fine but crashes on extracting update.rpf every time, with the same error, though at different points in the progress bar.
What server did you get this issue on?

Which antivirus/firewall software are you using? kaspersky (disabled during install)
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? yes

Also add what you already tried so far.
fresh clean install of gtav, uninstalling fivem completely and reinstalling, deleting cache folder as well as entire application data folder. verifying the latest versions of visual c++ redist for both x86 and x64 installed.
