What did you do to get this issue? I installed fivem and i got it right off the bat
What server did you get this issue on? no server, cant open fivem

Which antivirus/firewall software are you using? only windows firewall
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? i dont have any 3rd party software anti virus installed im only using windows defender
