Ok, Problem solved…

I forgot to power off my HTC Vive Pro Eye yesterday night…
I remembered it 5 minutes ago… and tried… and It solved my problem…

So never let the power on the HTC Vive Pro Eye if you want to use FiveM ( why? I don’t know but it worked for me ).

Have a nice night
