crash fivem gta 5 output change sound players game

hi I don’t speak english well, I try to make myself understood with screenshots and more, I installed gta ve fivem, no problem except when I try to change the audio output source from the gta v settings on fivem to hear the voices of the other players who are playing online , the moment I try to change the game crashes with fivem, this is a mistake, can someone help me? I have already tried to clear the caches, no positive results, same crash, I have tried to uninstall fivem, clean pc, restart pc, install fivem again, same problem, crash when I change the audio output source, I have seen other topics like these but nobody has a solution, they are all closed automatically because nobody has been able to solve the problem, can someone help me? thank you
