Crash FiveM connecting to a server

Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? Yes but this crash is randomly

System specifications Intel Core i7-9750H 2.60GHZ, GTX 1660 6gb, 16gb ram
What did you do to get this issue? When I do disconnect and I try to reconnect to the server I get this crash or sometimes I get stuck in the loading screen, forcing me to do quit
What server did you get this issue on? Locally but yesterday I also tried on a VPS hosted server and I got the same crash

Which antivirus/firewall software are you using? Norton Antivirus
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? No

Also add what you already tried so far.
Already explained above, when I connect for the first time everything is okay, when I do disconnect ( in the console ) and I reconnect to the server again I get this crash and sometimes I get stuck in the loading screen and I’m forced to do quit in the console.
