Crash due to adhesive.dll!CreateComponent (0x115ff3e)

Hello everyone,
My game keeps crashing on my computer every 5 minutes. I get the following error:

An error at adhesive.dll!CreateComponent (0x115ff3e) caused FiveM to stop working. A crash report is being uploaded to the FiveM developers.
Stack trace:
  adhesive.dll!CreateComponent (0x115ff3e)
  GTA5_b3095.exe!sub_1403AA1A8 (0xaf)
  gta-core-five.dll!rage::RunEntries (0x7e) (GameSkeleton.cpp:180)
  gta-core-five.dll!rage::RunEntries (0x6a) (GameSkeleton.cpp:180)
  gta-core-five.dll!rage::gameSkeleton::RunUpdate (0x9e) (GameSkeleton.cpp:200)
  GTA5_b3095.exe!sub_140027A9C (0xf7)
  GTA5_b3095.exe!sub_140021270 (0x12)

The problem occurs both in compatibility mode and without. To be on the safe side, I put all my hardware through a stress test and all tests ran without any problems for an hour.

I have already tried deactivating the firewall, but that didn’t help either. According to ChatGPT, the error is supposed to be caused by the GTA AntiCheat, but I couldn’t find any more information about it.

It’s very annoying for me when the game crashes every 5 minutes. This makes it impossible to play and prevents any roleplay situations.

Thank you for your help.

Kind regards

  1. What Windows are you on? 10 or 11?
    1.1. Is your Windows fully up-to-date?
  2. Are you using any third-party antivirus/“endpoint security” software on your PC? If so, which?
  3. Lastly, are you using any “game booster” apps like Cortex?

This is why its important to fill out the support template you removed.

Please add it back and fill it out.

Sorry but there was no support template applied for me, I’ve removed nothing.

Im using the latest version of Windows 11, I’ve disabled the firewall and the Windows Defender as well. Also, I tried to reinstall Windows using the Windows Media Installation Tool, but it does not work. I dont use any game boosters.

I suspect that it is due to the hardware of my computer. I am currently using the i9-14900ks, 64GB DDR5 RAM Corsair Vengenance and have a Zotac Gaming GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Super AMP Holo. I use the Asus B760 BTF WiFi as my mainboard. My primary NVME SSD is the Crucial P3 Plus 2TB, then I also have a secondary NVME SSD from Samsung, but I don’t use it for FiveM and other programmes don’t currently use it actively. I still had the hard drives in my last computer and FiveM ran without any problems. What I think is that there are incompatibilities with my hardware. Under Linux, the operating system has crashed several times on three different distributions, despite multiple reinstallations. Under Windows everything runs stable. I have deactivated Intel Rapid Storage Technology in the bios and activated XMP. All other settings are the recommended ones. Windows itself runs in performance mode.

Perhaps one of you has an idea.

Kind regards

Huh, that shouldn’t be the cause, I do recommend (temporarily) installing and using Windows 10 to see if it works there; I’ve seen an increase in different seemingly random crashes that only occur because of people using W11
