Purchased where - Steam/Rockstar Launcher/Epic: Steam and Epic (neither work)

Did you try to delete content_index.xml and try again? Yes
System specifications:
AMD Ryzen 5 5600X
XFX AMD 6700 Graphics Card
32 Gb of 3200 Ram
CitizenFX crash zip file (‘Save information’ on a crash): No save file is being created

What is the issue you’re having?
When joining any server after the server loading screen is done and the GTA map starts to show it instantly closes Five M with no crash message
What are you trying to do?
Join a server
What have you tried already to fix the issue?
I have deleted cache files
I installed GTA 5 on epic and verified the files on steam
I deleted Five M and re installed it
Made sure my drivers and Bios were up to date
Switched my Five M version from release to beta to unstable (all of which failed)

The issue is only happening with my new 6700 Graphics card when I install my XFX 5700XT the game works But I know the problems is not with the 6700 because it runs GTA 5 Perfectly as well as other games I’ve also tried to DDU to no avail

After the latest update I am now getting an error message. This is the error message directx function getdeviceremovedreason failed with dxgi_error_device_hung as the reason. This is the only application doing this and GTAV by it self runs great with out this error.
