What did you do to get this issue? I was trying to install and launch FiveM. The directory is correct, the game was just reinstalled, and the file is present. GTA V itself runs

Which antivirus/firewall software are you using? AVG
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? No but i’ve added exceptions to fivem

Also add what you already tried so far.
I reinstalled the game and added exclusions for 5m through AVG.

Seems like gta v is corrupted or something, make sure that you have clean unmodded copy

Try verifying the file’s integrities, and you should be good, if you have the same issue u could try to run it as admin.
