deleted caches
Clean up your GTA V folder and verify the cache. The specified .dll seems to be missing.
do you know specific things i need to clear because i do not know im sorry
Just verify your game files and it should work, if it doesn’t work, then remove all those mods you have in your GTA V folder. (like LSPDFR)
